Poppy Ergo Jr with OpenCM9.04c, Wii nunchuck

I’m not sure if the forum is reserved for asking questions, but wanted to share some info on using OpenCM9.04c for Ergo Jr. I created some simple code to drive ErgoJr poses. Kids love it. Source zip attached; photos and video at http://primorobots.com/.

Also hooked up a Wii nunchuck controller. Happy to share code for those interested.

Finally, if anyone has some a inverse kinematics engine for ErgoJr that could be ported to OpenCM IDE, I’d love to collaborate.

Hi @pr1mo! Thanks for sharing, your project is really cool! I like the led trick for signaling which motor you are controlling.

And this is the perfect place to share it, do not hesitate to post further development.

As for the inverse kinematics, I am not sure about porting it to the OpenCM, but @phylliade has been developing one that fits with our python tools. It is called ikpy and there is a small wiki here: https://github.com/Phylliade/ikpy/wiki
