That’s a very difficult question for us, 1000 INR is about 13.4€, which is at least two times lower than the cheapest good robotics servo I know.
Maybe look into robotics companies in India, where they could offer better prices locally (anything that is imported is more expensive).
Hope you can find what you are looking for.
Poppy need servos with some features like returning the current position, etc. Not sure you can do this without something like Dynamixel XL 320 (look at this project)
