I was told yesterday about the “HelloJam” concept.
If you give your phone number on the web site, then “Jam” will send you an SMS asking your name. Then, you can send him SMS whenever you want to ask him (it?) what you want and “Jam” will answer you with a very accurate answer !!
Jam is a very powerful Artificial Intelligence since … there are human behind. For the moment, only 20% of the answers are given by an algorithm.
They solve the issue about IA using “uberisation” of the Artificial Intelligence…

Jam : Je ne pense pas, il n'existe pas plus dur que le diamant sur Terre :) Besoin d'autre chose ?
Me : Non, merci !
Jam : D'accord ! Si tu as besoin de quelquechose d'autre surtout, n'hesite pas !
