Pocket NC - The first 5 axis CNC mill for your desktop
Yet again a very nice kick starter!
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1090944145/pocket-nc-the-first-5-axis-cnc-mill-for-your-deskt
This one is already sold out up to March 2016…but maybe the two persons behind this will scale their production at some point (looks like they current plan to build all the machine in their garage)
For those of you wondering if we will be adding more machines to the campaign, the answer is that we don’t plan to. The number we limited the campaign to is based on the manufacturing plan that we have developed and our capacity to grow over the coming months. While it kills us to not sell as many machines as we can through the campaign, we want to make sure that we are well equipped to follow through with the delivery dates that we have set. If you missed out on a machine and you want us to let you know when we launch preorders, or if you are outside the US and want to know when we launch preorders, leave us your email address in the box on our homepage. Another option, if you are very determined to get a Kickstarter machine, is to watch over the next few weeks to see if another backer cancels their pledge.

FLEKS3D makes your 3D printer BETTER
A flexible printing bed, easier to release your part once printed by simply bending the printing bed.
@matthieu it might save some fingers of yours
On a replicator you need device like this but with a good 3d printer it’s useless
Peachy printer
A 100$ stereolithography 3D printer.
I don’t know how I could miss that one. The guy did an amazing job and invented plenty of smart tricks to achieve this printer. I love the idea of using water to set the level of the resin, very accurate, and no expensive rail system. The print builds on top of itself, like an FDM 3D printer. Also check the droplet counter made with two paperclips!
HUGE thumb up
for a great maker with a lot of out of the box thinking.

Hello i’m Eber
I am taking my first steps in the CNC milling machine.
I found this desktop CNC mill on Kickstarter.
What do you think, is a good choice?
Thank you
We are not specialist of CNC but that’s seem to be a really good machine!
If you buy it, please give us feedback about that!

##ThingMaker
An impressive cheap entry in the 3d printing world by Mattel and Autodesk.
They partnered with AutoDesk for the sofware, that is plainly inspired from http://www.123dapp.com/tinkerplay.
All the part in video looks of good quality but they seem to control their communication in that sense. I could not see the printer in action, so we never know. I still doubt they could go over the current limitation of FDM printers that require some maintenance.
But the price is really really attractive, currently in pre-order at the price of 300$.

Smart idea! and cheap 99$

That sounds like a con to me.
They raised over 2million. I’m curious if they will delivery anything.
Also: who wants to be unable to use the phone for 2+ hours?
