We have created with @YusufGkl a mini-humanoid robot based on pypot library. The robot called Fendi has 23 DOFs (spine). For the moment, this is just a prototype based on the Darwin mini. In a 2 weeks, we will tested a new version, all of the parts (except pelvis) is optimize for maker’s 3d Printer and we haven’t parts of Darwin. We created standards parts to reduce the cost of the printing, for facilitate the build and the modifications. Fendi has not head actually, because we have a designer whose work on the head design. We have not put the files online because we prefer testing the new version before. The files are created with Solidworks 2013, but I thing recreate all of the files with Onshape (free software). It is better for makers and student. The robot is all Open Source of course.

The next step is the ability the robot to walk and to choose the head design. We will integrate the battery and the pixy.
