Compatibility between mx-12w and pypot

As you did extension for ax-18 very quickly, could you do it for mx-12w ? (As I saw you prepare version 2.0…)
I made the comparison, the interface is exactly the same as MX-28.

Adding support for a new motor is only adding its model number.

This patch should do the trick.
